By accessing or using WebDrop (webdrop0.com) or the WebDrop Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable Use
You may use WebDrop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use WebDrop to transmit, distribute, or store material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not upload files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You must not use WebDrop to distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious software. Automated scraping, bulk session creation, or any use that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure is prohibited.
Service Limitations
Files uploaded through WebDrop are limited to 300 MB per individual file. Transfer sessions automatically expire and all associated data (files and text messages) is permanently deleted after 7 days. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability of the service. WebDrop is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We are not liable for any data loss, missed transfers, or damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you retain copies of any files you transfer.
Intellectual Property
The WebDrop name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of the WebDrop project. The source code is made available under its respective open source license. You retain full ownership of any files and content you transfer through WebDrop — we claim no rights over your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
WebDrop is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
Privacy
Your use of WebDrop is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data handling practices.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. Your continued use of WebDrop after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the service.
